We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist for our home healthcare patients in the North Macomb region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist for our home healthcare patients in the North Macomb region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines
- Ensure continued compliance with all practice standards
- Participate in professional development and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients
- Implement physical therapy services in a variety of settings and practices
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure effectiveness of treatment plans, and adjust as needed
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement of services
- Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum experience in physical therapy role
- Good knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
