Details:

 Ability to mentor staff and others

 Lead an exciting team through Intradisciplinary Team Meetings

 Provide leadership

 Ability to perform admissions and visits as needed

 Willing to travel within our service area

 Maintain compliance within the Medicare/ Insurance arenas

 Expand our growth within Home Health Care market

 Active Michigan RN License

 Current TB test, CPR

 Home Care experience preferred

 Management experience preferred

This is a full time supervisory position with both in-office and field work at a competitive salary.

PTO, 401K, Paid Holidays after 90 days

Medical, Dental and Vision available first of the month after the 60th day.
