We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who excel in customer interactions and have a knack for sales. You will play a vital role in generating new insurance leads, working closely with businesses and at retail events to promote United Healthcare and Aetna ACA insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients at business locations and retail events to discuss insurance options
- Present detailed information about United Healthcare and Aetna insurance plans
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Learn the benefits of the Affordable Care Act Program
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge
- Represent our company and our partners with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and helping others with their insurance needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong work ethic and drive
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses, or full commission only (choose your preference)
