Position: Job Coach - Contract

Contract Length - Assignment Duration

Duties:

- Provide training and development to individuals or groups in specific areas
- Develop and implement training strategies to improve performance
- Assess individual or group needs and create personalized development plans
- Mentor and guide individuals or groups to achieve their goals
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on performance

Experience:

- Prior experience in job coaching, training, or mentoring (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals or groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills and access to computer with internet

- Bilingual a plus

Completion of the UNTWISE Job Skills Training Certification (approx. 30 hours). This credential, or equivalent is necessary for this position. Certification Training cost $135.00

We are looking for a dedicated individual to act as a Job Coach who can provide training, development, and mentorship to individuals or teams. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
