Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and engaging experience for guests by serving as a Game Master
- Facilitate and guide guests through various games and activities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage game flow and enforce rules to maintain a safe and fair environment
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of game rooms and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain knowledge of all games, puzzles, and challenges offered
- Communicate effectively with guests, answering questions and providing assistance
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay

Requirements:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with guests
- Hospitality experience preferred, such as working in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Food service experience is a plus, as some locations may offer food and beverage options
- Lifeguard certification is beneficial, as some games may involve water or swimming activities
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Public speaking abilities to confidently explain game rules and instructions
- Cash handling experience for processing payments and managing transactions
- Experience working with children is desired, as some games may be designed for younger players
- Theater background or experience in performing arts is advantageous for creating immersive experiences
- Strong guest services skills to ensure a memorable visit for all guests
