Automotive Accounting Experience a plus
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00-5 : 00

Responsibilities
Process and post car deals efficiently and accurately
Balance Debits / Credit for calculations on car deals
Filing / Scanning
Provide excellent customer service
Process and post Warranty / Gap and other Financial product cancellations
Perfecting liens
Process Titles / Customer paperwork for DMV registering
Other duties assigned
Requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality
Automotive accounting experience a plus
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Standard knowledge of office equipment such as computers, phones and printers
Detail Oriented
