Welcomes with a friendly smile. Complete the entry transaction accurately and efficiently, while assuring security, visit with guests about new menu items and upcoming activities and directing guests for a smooth process.

• Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.
• Inputs orders on a point of sale (POS) by selecting items. Checking order for accuracy.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions about menu items and purchasing processes.
• Restocks and Communicates inventory needs.
• Discounts-Never discount guests unless authorized by managers.
• Collects payments by accepting card payments.
• Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization. Communciates with kitchen if order needs canceled.
• Maintains a clean and orderly counter, back of counter, coke machine. and cafe area.
• Restock and Complete daily Cleaning Checklist each shift. Restock Walk-in from overstock
• Remembering that cafe area cleanliness is top priority.
