Blended Hourly Rate: $101 Blended rate per hour// $4040 weekly gross// Guaranteed Hours: 36
Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045
Requirements and additional information
- Must have a valid and current BLS and ACLS Certification that is maintained throughout employment
- COVID 19 vaccination is MANDATORY and worker must be fully vaccinated 2 weeks prior to start date. Declination is considered for Medical reasons ONLY with appropriate documentation and is subject to confirmation & review.
- Please note - all holiday hours worked are paid at the regular rate.
- EMR: Allscripts
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3
- Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, a JCAHO accredited health center, provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations.
