Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Skills-basic CT and X-raysShifts primarily days -would be willing to have someone work 8 days on and 6 days offPrefer one to two years’ experience in a hospital settingRequired:ARRTKS LicenseCovid/FluEssential Functions/ Job Duties1. Maintain knowledge of concepts, standards, procedures and equipment.2. Maintain a safe and appropriate work area including the use of ALARA.3. Utilize medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and preforming the procedure in a professional manner.4. Communicate effectively with radiologist and health care professionals as well with the patient.5. Troubleshoot equipment to ensure equipment is operating properly.6. Build necessary procedure/department protocols and train new employees / students7. Work as a team member within the imaging department.Position Qualifications· High School Graduate or equivalent.· Completion of an approved Radiology Technologist Program OR completion of Military Training Program.· A.R.R.T.
