Adventure Learning Center is a BCBA owned company in Colorado Springs offering both in home and center based services to children diagnosed with Autism or related disorders. ALC recently brought on an SLP and is actively recruiting professionals to come along side to provide collaborative care for our kiddos! We are currently looking for a CENTER BASED BCBA who will take a trauma informed, natural environment approach to bring about socially significant change, without making therapy uncomfortable or unenjoyable for our clients. We pride ourselves on openness, high ethical standards and proven change for our kids.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or BCBA, is responsible for creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs in implementing treatment plans, conducting parent training, conducting assessments and completing all documentation in a timely manner.
The BCBA (board-certified behavior analyst) is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments. The BCBA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload as described by the fundamental responsibilities listed below.
