We're looking for someone to join our team as a Materials Management Associate who:

Receives, stores and issues materials, supplies and equipment and/or foods and dietary supplies. Assists with the maintenance of appropriate supply inventory. Applies patient charge labels to supplies and places stock onto shelves. Performs shipping and receiving tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and records inventory levels. Ensures organization and accuracy of inventory logs. Receives, unpacks, inspects items for damage, defects, etc. Verifies accuracy of shipments, reports discrepancies or damage in items received; signs invoices.
  • Performs shipping and receiving tasks such as processing, delivering, and receiving orders.
  • Assists in maintaining department records, supplies, equipment, and work areas.
  • Takes inventory; maintains related stock records. Identifies items by coding or dating. Fills requisitions, delivers requested items and verifies deliveries. Maintains storeroom.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
