We're looking for someone to join our team as an Adult Day Care Aide who:

Provides a safe, stimulating environment for program participants. Formulates, carries out and updates individual participant care plans. Initiates activities to achieve goals of the care plans. Demonstrates competency in caring for older adults and the geriatric client.

Essential Functions:

• Initiates activities to keep clients active at all times.
• Remains aware of whereabouts of clients at all times to avoid wandering, falls or injuries.
• Updates client care plans as required.
• Maintains attendance records and statistics.
• Orders and maintains supplies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
