*RN PCCU- Full-time OR Part-time (combination of ICU and stepdown)*
*Location: Hinsdale IL*
*Description:*
* Mix of ICU patients and Step down patients.
* Nurse to patient ratio will depend on status of patient.
* Patienct type: every kind of patient- trauma, cardiac, Neuro etc
*Pay: *
* $35/hr - $55/hr (Based on Experience)
* Shift Differential is also available
*Skills & Requirements:*
* 1 year of ICU and/or Stepdown experience required
* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EKG
_*Job Duties:*_
* Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Step-Down unit, focusing on those transitioning from critical care.
* Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition during recovery.
* Administer medications, titrate drips, and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
* Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
