RN - PCU FT Nights

**$20,000 Sign on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance**

Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform specialized procedures such as esthetic laser treatment, medical imaging, airway management, gastric lavage, and more
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients with special needs, including toddler care and dementia care
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to safely transfer and move patients

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a progressive care or similar setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical equipment and procedures relevant to progressive care nursing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
