- Experience and/or certification in Addiction Medicine, required
- Candidate will see both addiction medicine and general behavioral medicine patients
- Primary clinic location in Hinsdale; with possible other locations in Bolingbrook and Glendale Heights if candidate is open to traveling to other locations
- Possibility of some hours via telemedicine
- Monday - Friday clinic hours
