The role you’ll contribute:

Under moderate levels of supervision, the Cloud Telephony Service Delivery Specialist – Associate applies practical knowledge of system design to solution implementation. The Service Delivery Specialist - Associate analyzes product build thoroughly and provides support to Intermediate and Senior Specialists. The associate then develops testing scripts, supports business stakeholders, and maintains product education documents. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The Cloud Telephony Service Delivery Specialist – Associate must utilize the knowledge of telephony processes, stakeholder’s needs, and information technology to manage data and support business stakeholders while maintaining alignment with the professional standards. They are responsible to assist the intake team during project discovery, understanding telephony build, create scripting applied during user acceptance testing, participate in live virtual sessions, post go-live stabilization and optimization, along with ticket queue support. The ability to communicate with all levels of leadership, clinicians, and ancillary department staff is essential for this position.

  • Demonstrates functional knowledge of one of the following applications: Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft OneNote, JIRA, or Visio.
  • Coordinates in various lean methodology based activities surround project assignments such as Voice of the Customer, Clinical Observation, Data Collection and Time Studies.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of processes within the facility department.
  • Ability to support Cloud Telephony service lines during pre and post implementation phases.
  • Guide application team with request updates to design, build, and testing of telephony application components.
  • Communicates necessary changes made in the application amongst team members and site contacts as appropriate.
  • Develops and maintains system process documentation and outlines process steps using appropriate tools with direction and assistance from team members or the application manager.
  • Participates in team meetings, project meetings, and other meetings when requested.
  • Collaborates with leadership, physicians, clinicians, end users, vendors, and associates to develop and deploy telephony applications or new functionality.
  • Assists the Cloud Telephony team in the preparation of training materials and provides education on new applications or functionality.
  • Actively participates in facility support through solution implementation, activation, and post-live support.
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ experience assisting with project coordination and system/application implementations required. (Telephony application experience, such as Five9 preferred)
  • Microsoft suite of applications knowledge required.
  • Telephony system application/implementation experience , such as Five9 preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years in a field of study such as business, IT, or a healthcare related is required

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

  • Completion of one professional certification within three years and maintenance of certification thereafter if applicable.
