The role you’ll contribute:

The Associate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is primarily responsible for basic level onsite Picture Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology imaging applications and hardware equipment. The Associate Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and is responsible for promptly resolving PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to the organization’s established service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, this role acts as an Information Technology resource to all imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports the department with day-to-day technology incidents & requests which include but not limited to: ServiceNow tickets, imaging workflow build & configuration, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration & connectivity, diagnostic equipment, participation of project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related imaging systems and components.   • Required to report onsite at the designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support our team’s effort to provide 24x7x365 PACS support to our Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments
  • Required to have accessible transportation available for support of primary and secondary facilities during the duration of each shift and when on-call. Minimum of 25% travel
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves basic-level PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system for imaging related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to the AdventHealth’s established service level agreements (SLAs) and ticket processing guidelines outlined in the Incident and Request Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Serves as an Information Technology resource between the imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors and provides prompt technical support / resolution pertaining to all Enterprise Imaging systems & components
  • Ensures the enterprise PACS system is operating efficiently and engages with appropriate AdventHealth Information Technology (AIT) resources, third-party vendors, and clinical staff, as needed, to appropriately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve items such as: PACS diagnostic stations / scanners, modality & imaging network connectivity to Enterprise Imaging applications
  • Performs routine system / preventive maintenance, testing, installations on the PACS applications and hardware equipment to support the daily operation of imaging departments
  • Participates in imaging project activities such as: logging time in the project application, provides guidance on imaging needs and requirements, follows-up on project deliverables, and communicates project details to key stakeholders
  • Adheres to the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) policies and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, with regard to, planning, operating, and delivering Information Technology services to our customers
  • Provides basic level knowledge and support for the Enterprise Imaging Systems to include, but not limited to, the following clinical, non-clinical applications and hardware solutions
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 1-year Healthcare or IT
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff and vendors
  • Basic level of knowledge & understanding in a clinical informatics environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, technical, & project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize / multitask and complete several projects / initiatives within established deadlines in the order of greatest importance with little supervision
  • AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Reconstruction preferred
  • Certified PACS Associate (CPAS), Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
