Overview and Perks:
Contract role, full-time – Onsite
$43,000/year, depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and senior management.
Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Prepare and update HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2-3 years’ experience in HR or business administration preferred.
Proven experience in office administration and/or human resources roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
