The AOS Intake Consultant is a key participant in new AOS implementations for clients with operational services. The Consultant completes normalization of client data and sets up the AOS environment for reconciliation, performance history updates, dividend accrual, corporate action processing and other operational services. What You Will Get To Do: Act as key participant in client projects from inception to completion Assume role of expert in AOS solution configuration and setup, migration/conversion, data normalization, and workflow design and implementation Consult with Sales on new prospects when AOS group expertise is required Analyze existing internal business practices to improve efficiency and reduce resource costs Work with cross-departmental resources to better understand processes and resolve operational issues Continually learn and adapt to product changes, client environments and new solutions Configure, monitor and maintain the proprietary system responsible for updating client portfolios during the implementation period and early stage of production Own the roll out and initial reconciliation efforts for new large clients during implementation to ensure proper workflows are in place Resolve the most complex data reconciliation issues, collaborating with other resources when necessary Document and train portfolio Data Analysts on custom client workflows Manage onboarding and cancellation of AOS clients Manage new interface installments for all clients, and resulting data conversions where applicable What You Will Bring: Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
