What You Will Get To Do: The Associate Data Analyst should be able to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Responsibilities of the role include: Reconcile and analyze incoming daily data files to provide accurate and consistent account information to clients Reconcile daily data received from partner data aggregation services to provide holistic wealth information to advisors Run daily audits to ensure data remains synchronized with source accounting system Learn and operate a proprietary internet-based performance reporting application Complete data research items submitted by service teams and clients Monitor automatic nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion Communicate and coordinate with other internal and external groups to provide industry leading service to clients Assist with system and product development enhancements What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in a business-related field preferred Finance/Accounting experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Problem solving and analytical mindset Basic understanding of financial concepts and industry Experience researching and troubleshooting difficult issues/complex problems Some weekend hours may be required on an occasional basis with hours to be offset during the week Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
