We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesforce B2B Ecommerce Architect to join our client project. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust B2B ecommerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of B2B commerce best practices and Salesforce functionalities to deliver seamless and efficient online shopping experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and future-proof B2B ecommerce solutions leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly Demandware).
Select and configure appropriate B2B Commerce Cloud functionalities (Product Catalog, Cart & Checkout, Order Management, etc.) to meet client needs.
Integrate B2B Commerce with other Salesforce solutions (CRM, Marketing Cloud) and external systems (ERP, OMS) to ensure seamless data flow.
Develop and document technical specifications and solution blueprints.
Implementation & Support:
Work closely with development teams to implement designed B2B ecommerce solutions.
Configure and customize storefront features and functionalities to optimize user experience.
Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Provide ongoing support to clients after launch, troubleshooting any technical issues and recommending optimizations.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Salesforce B2B Commerce and related technologies.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance B2B ecommerce functionality.
Maintain a deep understanding of B2B commerce best practices and security protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Over 10 years experience with 3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce B2B Ecommerce Architect or similar role.
