What will you be doing as an ADVENeer:

This role is not for the faint of heart due to both your and our expectations of providing reliable and exceptional service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and of course passion! You will be humble, hungry, and smart. You can create a legacy and an impact with us.

What will you bring to the table:

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a manager in multi-family assets (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden style properties). Due to the high level of communication with various stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be a primary communicator for us as we work with new friends and neighbors who call us home. You will be proficient in computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Payroll Software.
