  • Certification as a Dietary Manager, Food Service Management Degree (or willing to be enrolled in a CDM program) that meets state and federal care regulations.
  • At least two years of progressive and relevant experience
  • Knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations regarding food practices and handling
  • Current Safe Food Handler certificate a plus
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
