- Performs cycle counts and daily inventory audits.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify the root-causes.
- Identify solutions and implement best practices.
- Train the associates on best practices for quality.
- Input data and generates audit reports.
- Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
- Hold general understanding of internal/external technology.
- Previous experience in overseeing Inventory Control practices at a large warehouse/ fulfillment center
- Manage teams of 10 associates on fulfillment processes
- Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable
- Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used
- Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
- Overtime will be required based on business needs
- Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy
- Valid Driver's License
- The potential should be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend
- The ability to lift to 50 lbs.
