Job Overview SummaryIn this role the candidate will lead pre-sale engagements with Advarra client executives and solution specialists. The role will lead discovery and deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers looking to expand their software footprint across their organization. The candidate for this position must be experienced in technical solutions with excellent communication and understanding of the sales discovery process. The candidate will also be at the forefront in establishing the process and scale of this function at Advarra.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead product discovery calls with existing and/or new clients
  • Deliver goals-based product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of Advarra software during the sales process, implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Be a leader in developing and scaling processes and behavior within Solution Consulting function.
  • Work cross-functionally with fellow Sales team members and other business lines to deliver a connected go-to-market to the client.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
LocationThis role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 10 years’ experience in technology and the life sciences industry
  • Experience leading sales discovery processes and providing product demonstrations for enterprise software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment including Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Demonstrated ability to present confidently in front of both live and virtual audiences including organizational leadership
  • Effective communication skills including listening, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to quickly grasp prospective customer’s business objectives and align them with the product solution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into product functionality and design
  • Ability to work independently and integrate into a team environment
  • Proficiency with technology including Salesforce and MS Office
Physical And Mental Requirements
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
  • Learn and comprehend basic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking

The base salary range for this role is $ 110,000 - $200,000 . Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
