Job Responsibilities:
Employee agrees to undertake and carry out all responsibilities consistent with their role as Sr.
Network Coordinator, which will include but not be limited to:
Employee agrees to undertake and carry out all responsibilities consistent with their role as Sr.
Network Coordinator, which will include but not be limited to:
- Reports – daily
- Delinquents
- New Provider Report
- Dashboard communications
- Update Salesforce
- Emails and Escalations
- Vaccination Status
- Provider Database
- Outreach to assigned Provider Network
- Formal introduction to newly credentialed providers
- Obtain availability – based on company’s needs and membership
- Provide membership numbers/details in provider’s area
- Outstanding credentialing documents when non-responsive to credentialing team
- Outstanding trainings when non-responsive to training team
- Equipment delivery
- Cancellation or ETA of arrival (F2F or Telehealth) of same day appointments
- Need for accommodations
- Discrepancies of any kind
- Appreciations
- Complaints from client/patients
- Non-responsive providers
- Complaints placed by providers
- Support (OnPoint, Carepoint, Argon, Email, etc) issues
- Charting issues or updates
- Provider unable to get through to the NP Helpline/translation line
