The Construction Project Manager is responsible for assisting with managing, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, developing project budgets and negotiates contracts/bids to acquire necessary resources to ensure project completion.

Essential Functions:

• Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
• Execute take-offs.
• Develop RFPs for subcontract and manufacturing costing.
• Prepare cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs for each project estimated.
• Develop and manage all RFIs during the bid phase for each estimate.
• Prepare weekly bid calendars and ensure timely completion of estimates.
• Provide estimates for cost of materials, purchased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements, and labor.
• Reporting of metrics to Management personnel
• Communicate with Management personnel to continually update metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
