ROLE: The Strategy Analyst—at varying levels—develops a business operating model to ensure a seamless Personnel Drives Pay (PERS drives PAY) strategy. Develops NP2 disbursement and collection data standards in compliance with Treasury mandate. Monitors representative and timely integration of Sailor feedback technologies with the following Navy Payroll Operations functions: -Appellate Reviews & Involuntary Excess Leave Awaiting Punitive Damage. -AWOL/Drop from Ranks/Desertion. -Congressional Inquiries. -Correction of Records. -Customer Service Support Tier 3. -Court Martial & Military Confinement Cases. -Metrics Processing. -Records Management. Provides HR processes and subject matter expertise to execute Military HR Operations functions. Performs PAYOPS employee duties/functions interacting with military services, DFAS, and Department of Treasury processes. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline. · YoE: 3 . · Federal Budget Process, PPBE, and Navy POM experience preferred. ESTIMATED SALARY: Analyst I: $115K - $125K Analyst II: $95K - $105K Analyst III: $90K - $100K Analyst IV: $70K - $80K
