Project Manager I/II - Infrastructure Services (IS)
Hybrid (2-3 times/week) in DC or San Diego, CA OR Charleston, SC. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to the Infrastructure Services (IS) within Department of the Navy. - Managing information technology related infrastructure projects from cradle-to-grave including
cost, schedule, and performance.
- Reporting on project metrics to clients and working as part of a cross-functional team to delivery infrastructure solutions.
- Support the development of statements of objectives (SOO) to meet Government requirements and support the review of vendor proposals within infrastructure services project areas.
- Manage projects using a combination of traditional project management & Agile methodology. Qualifications: - Experience with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle and information technology operations. - Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects. - Experience with developing program baselines and identifying program risks. - Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions. - Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams. - Previous experience with ServiceNow is a bonus.
