• Assumes responsibility for oversight and direction of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services.
• Coordinates department function amongst team to meet capacity goals, agency objectives and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assists with assuring that clinician productivity standards are met and reports trends and challenges to executive leadership
• conduct home care vists as needed.
• Is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate).

• You bring 3-5 years of Healthcare experience preferably in Home Health.
• You Bring 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• You are a licensed clinician in the State of PA.
• You can demonstrate knowledge of Healthcare regulations.
• You have knowledge of Agency’s policies and procedures.
• You have the ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel.
• You have the ability to exercise independent judgement.
