This is an exciting opportunity at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Parksley, VA, where growth and learning are part of our DNA.

What You'll Do

• To proctor telehealth visits with therapists.
• To assist residents in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs.
• To ensure quality and safe delivery of all therapy services.
• To ensure a clean and safe work area.
• To ensure all therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Facility

About You

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You must be able to pull and/or push 125-200 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Must have a current CNA license
