As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in leading our therapy team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. What You'll Do

• Planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of therapy services in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Ensuring the provision of the highest quality care to residents and their families.
• Demonstrating leadership in achieving the mission of AdvantageCare Rehabilitation.
• Managing the performance of therapy department personnel.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are licensed as a:

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• You are a graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.
• You bring a minimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required.
• You bring a minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
