Position will be a Hybrid Position with Office days as needed for orientation, meetings and training. Ideal candidates will reside in the state of Pennsylvania, Ohio or Virginia. Must be able to travel to Pittsburgh.

About the Role

Advantage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Recruiting to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Recruiting for our home health, hospice, and contract therapy services, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent to support our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional with a passion for healthcare services and a proven track record in talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for home health, hospice, and contract therapy roles.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment techniques and stay updated on industry trends to constantly improve and optimize the recruiting process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations, to expand the talent network.
  • Implement and leverage technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems, to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiting manager or director, preferably within the healthcare industry or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with home health, hospice, or contract therapy services and understanding of the associated roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
