We're currently seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our ever-expanding Home Health team in the East and West Shore of Harrisburg and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.

What You'll Do 

• To provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist.

• To promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.

• To ensure quality and safe delivery of occupational therapy services.

• To ensure that occupational therapy services reflecting the Facility mission and standards are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

• To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Facility.

About You

• You are a graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• You have a professional licensure in the state in which practicing
