- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize risks associated with the car rental fleet.
- Handle and process insurance claims related to rental vehicles.
- Monitor and analyze claim trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fleet safety and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents involving rental vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, incidents, and related documentation.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and third parties as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on rental vehicle safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to rental fleet risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Risk Management, Business Administration, or Insurance).
- Proven experience in fleet risk management, claims handling, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations.
- Certification in Risk Management (e.g., ARM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with rental fleet operations and industry best practices.
