Position Summary: The Sales Agent will be working on an auto dialer responsible for delivering potential customers to discuss our promotional offerings. The Sales Agent will pitch highly discounted vacation packages over the phone. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, along with maintaining your individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Persuade guest to buy discounted prepackaged vacation packages according to goals that are established.
• Provide complete and accurate information to guests on every telephone call. Especially information about transportation, accommodations, premiums, and promotions.
• Meet pre-determined sales goals and quotas.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with guests, coworkers, and managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years customer service, call center or related experience
• Highly motivated, able to set goals
• Capable of articulating professionally to customers
• Ability to effectively manage time, a strong sense of urgency applied to all tasks
• Must be able to effectively analyze and interpret data
• Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Proven internet and computer software skills, basic data entry skills
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings.
