Duration: 1 year contract

Schedule: 40 hours per week M-F

Responsibilities:

• Revalidate Process Safety Information (PSI) before each regulatory Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) per OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Provide backfill support for PSI evergreen of the Process Technology Package (PTP) data.
• Review information presented in each PTP section and redline data that needs to be reconciled or updated.
• Compare the information in the PTP to P&IDs, PFDs, EDMS, SAP, PCMS, Piping Schedules, etc. as needed to validate equipment/relief valve information.
• Scan and load equipment information into EDMS.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of refinery processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Able to understand and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, mechanical equipment information, data sheets, process alarm and basic process controls information, and other equipment information as needed.
• Able to understand industry codes/standards such as API, PSM, RMP, ASTM, ASME
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and industry standards.
• Competency in relevant software/tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP, EDMS, PCMS, Bently Microstation, DOC4000, and PI Vision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data effectively and meet deadlines.
