The OEM Core Vehicle Controls Software team is looking for a data scientist/engineer to have the responsibility for:
Designing, developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations that allow for insights into validation test metrics data
Candidate would be expected to help develop analytic reports and dashboards
Develop insightful KPI reporting dashboards to drive decision-making and performance tracking
Develop reports and dashboards via data mining analytics and reporting tools
Prepare analytics reports in presentation form
What you will be able to do:
Gather requirements on desired metrics data
Building on existing Jira automations
Utilize Jira data to generate native dashboards or leverage connections to Alteryx and Qlik Sense to generate web-based dashboards and/or Gantt chart
Document process and steps required for backend maintenance
Skills Required:
Data visualization and manipulation tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
Ability to perform data queries, manipulation and statistical analysis
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
Excellent Mathematical/Statistical and Logic skills
Working knowledge of Jira, JQL, and Python
Experience Required:
Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
Experience with complex data analysis
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or relevant discipline
