Selected candidate has the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings to distinguish between precision machining, sheet metal, value added assembly and structural welding.

A background in Federal Acquisition Regulations as they relate to a Contractors Procurement System Review (CPSR)

Understands the Government's DPAS Rating system and its application.

Understands the Trade Agreement Act (TAA) Compliance.

Government or military parts

Monitor and create Purchase orders.

Purchasing reports

Work with vendors and management team on deliverables and schedules

Supply chain and inventory levels

Strong negotiations skills work with suppliers.

Understand purchase order SW & Drawings and work with Engineers on materials to produce products and equipment

Discuss cost and delivery.
