Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores
- Ensure products are properly stocked and organized on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management about restocking needs
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays using Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Use a cash register to process customer transactions and handle payments
- Price products according to company guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering questions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate

- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt merchandising strategies accordingly
- Basic understanding of interior design principles for creating visually appealing displays
- Excellent sales and communication skills to interact with customers and store personnel
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain product displays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
