National Field Sales Supervisor
The National Field Sales Supervisor maintains overall responsibility for leading a team of BDRs (Business Development Representatives). This includes ensuring clear delivery of client sales, merchandising and training goals working with Anheuser-Busch stakeholders to provide clear, consistent communication to the field reps. This role also owns strategic channel communication and makes recommendations to client based on field findings. The National Field Supervisor provides regularly feedback to key stakeholders and monitors/communicates sales results at regular client meetings. As a member of the management team, the NFS participates in strategic planning of team incentives, tracking team and specific account/route performance, and fielding operational questions from the field. Focus is on driving measurable sales results to the client through outstanding program execution.

Owns strategic channel focus and makes recommendations to client based on field findings. Provides regularly monthly competitive intelligence and field sales updates at regular client meetings. As a member of the management team, participates in strategic planning, budgeting and problem solving initiatives. Focus is on driving measurable sales results to the client through outstanding program execution.
