Advantage Home Pros is looking to grow and is currently seeking
Gutter Pros to help homeowners find solutions for their home problems, including water management. As a sales representative, this position is a core member of our organization. You must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal. Responsibilities:

● Build relationships with homeowners

● Design and sell functional water management systems

● Ensure homeowner satisfaction

● Become a trusted advisor

● Have a presence in the community

● Making home presentations to homeowners who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their roof system or water management

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years experience in an outside sales role

● Must have knowledge of basic home construction

● Technologically experienced; must be proficient in using an iPad

● Must possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check

● Must be able to handle a high volume of driving

● Must complete 10 ride-along appointments before going out on your own (plus other applicable training)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely

● Experience handling high-volume customer support and exceptional organizational skills

● We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-driven, team player

● Must be persuasive, detailed, and dependable

● Must be 18 years of age

● Must be able to travel

6:00 pm)
