Job Description :
The primary objective of this role is to adeptly manage incoming client calls and cater to the needs of our existing client base, encompassing various service requests such as beneficiary and address changes, scheduling client appointments, maintaining our database with meticulous attention to detail, and preparing client account summaries for meetings.
Additionally, this position entails entering new prospects into the CRM system, fulfilling prospect requests by preparing book requests and other materials for delivery, along with other administrative tasks crucial for delivering an exceptional client experience.

This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments.

$50,000 - $55,000
