Job Location: Pensacola, FL (Working in office Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $17-19/hour, based on the candidate’s skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

General Job Description: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry resource who can assist the manager by playing a crucial role in improving the quality of our call data by overseeing the categorization of call data from the call center
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses strong pattern and trend recognition skills.
Job Requirements:
- Oversee and review the categorization of call data from our call center by reviewing text transcripts, listening to audio recordings, and directing the categorization process using drop-down menus.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the categorization of call data by providing guidance and support to the data entry team
- Utilize technology and software tools to streamline the data entry process and improve efficiency
- Attend occasional meetings and training sessions to stay updated, receive guidance, and follow instructions, ensuring alignment and consistency with other Category Entry Supports.
- Generating, modifying, and assessing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
