Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday : 8 am - 5 pm, Tuesday : 8 am - 7 pm, Friday : 8 am - 12 pm
Pay : $15 per hour
Job Details and Qualifications :
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and eagerness to learn.
- Work under general supervision, engaging with the public, internal, and external customers to meet their needs.
- Resolve complex customer service issues and provide information on policies, procedures, or laws.
- Manage client appointments, print WIC vouchers, and maintain caseload, supplies, and office inventory.
- Interpret as required.
- High school diploma or GED and completion of 90 quarter hours at an accredited college or university.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Six months of customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate or interpret information effectively to internal and external clients.
