Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers with CPR to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position requires experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, and providing home care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Adhere to resident rights guidelines when working in assisted living or nursing home settings

Skills:
- Previous experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to adapt to different environments and client needs
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
