What we are looking for is the newest member of our nursing team. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)-- seeing patients in Medina county!  We’ve already got the caseloads if you’ve got the desire and drive to make a positive impact on the lives of these patients and their families.

A little about the job:

• We’re a Skilled Home Health company meaning that we provide short-term intermittent care to get our patients better and back to their lives. This is NOT  shift work.
• Our LPNs see 6 patients per day.
• Prior experience in skilled home health is always a good thing! However, we’re willing to invest the time and resources to train the right LPN if you’re willing to learn.
• Do you travel? YES . You make your own schedule. On average our nurses drive between 20-30 miles per day within their territories. We do reimburse mileage which is currently $0.625/ mile .
