Advantage Home Care, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Greater St. Louis Area. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services in the field, ensuring that clients receive quality home care and addressing any concerns they may have. With your strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the home care industry, you will work alongside the Service Coordinators to prioritize visits and ensure high-quality care for our clients. In this role, you will conduct home visits to clients, handle client concerns, and perform monthly supervisory visits to ensure compliance with agency policies. Additionally, you will spend time in the office each day to document your visits, communicate with the office staff, and provide support to the Service Coordinators.
