Medical Assistant Opening in our Plastic Surgery Department
Objective:This position provides efficient delivery of patient care and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Room patient
- Prepare patient for exam.
- Patient education.
- Assist MD with procedures.
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 plus year of experience working as a Medical Assistant or CNA. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Travel is required to satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield & Norwalk).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Electronic Health Record Experience
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (32-36 hours per week)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Job Details:
- Salary based on experience
- Sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment.
