Advanced Women's Health and Surgery is Hiring an A/R Specialist Near Westlake, OH
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all customer payments in the accounting system
- Monitor accounts receivable aging report to ensure timely insurance payments while communicating with managers to ensure overdue invoices are addressed with customer
- Post insurance payments
- Post charges daily
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Assist in gathering and compiling data to generate monthly revenue reports as well as other reports relevant to accounts receivable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
